Matt was incredibly accommodating, taking the time to meet with me, see the house, review the layout, and help bring our vision for the event to life. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. On the day of the event, we had three members of their team serving as dealers, and they were fantastic. They were patient with new players, teaching them how to play, while also helping more experienced players sharpen their skills. Their professionalism, friendliness, and positive attitudes truly made the evening special. We hired Casino Party for my son's high school graduation celebration, and both the graduates and the adults had an amazing time. The games were a huge hit, and the event exceeded our expectations. Reached out to Casino Party USA for a corporate event. They were extremely prompt in communication, had good pricing, and offered full packages and add-ons, including photo booth and decor, which added a lovely touch to the event. The owner, Brian, worked with me on figuring out what package would be best for our setup, and whatever else came up leading up to the event. On the day itself, they showed up on time and ready to work. Setup and breakdown were efficient - the Regional Manager, Alex was clearly experienced and very easy to work with on-site, even advising on other aspects of the event. The dealers looked the part, were friendly and provided a fun atmosphere. Everyone enjoyed it. Overall a great experience, would definitely recommend and use their services again.
